TW PLAST Sp. z o.o. and Warsaw University of Life Sciences are implementing the project entitled. Development of an innovative finished product in the form of a specialised stretch film with improved properties from recycled materials co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Intelligent Development Programme. Project implemented under the competition of the National Centre for Research and Development: Fast Track
The main objective of the project is: carrying out industrial research and subsequent development and pre-implementation work on an innovative product on a European scale - an innovative stretch film manufactured over 80% from regranulates using extrusion technology.
Through the planned tasks in the 6 work phases there will be:
innovative regranulate,
technological process
a significantly improved stretch film product,
Final product of the project - stretch film manufactured over 80% from regranulates using extrusion technology - will have similar parameters to virgin film. Proper selection and preparation of regranulates and adaptation of the production technology to produce pro-ecological stretch film, it will be possible to use it in various branches of industrial processing as film packaging. The main market advantage will be the composition of the final product, which in 80-100% will come from regranulate, but the film will retain practically the same mechanical, processing and functional properties as plastics of primary origin.
The project will thus confirm the fulfilment of market expectations, i.e. pro-ecological stretch film fully compliant with the sustainable development policy and customers' expectations. The implementation of the project will directly contribute not only to the growth of competitiveness of the TW PLAST Sp. z o.o. company, but also to the growth of Polish competitiveness in terms of innovative product solutions.
The project will run from 2021 to 2023.

During the 2 years of our company's existence, I have some important dates that have been a stepping stone for us to grow with the highest quality of our products.
In October and November 2020, we managed to reach and start cooperating with the largest retail chains in Poland. We currently supply medical masks, which ultimately can be bought by the customer on the shelf in the shop, but also our masks protect employees.
The three-layer Type II is designed to protect us from pathogenic microorganisms or harmful airborne particles.
In September 2019, we launched our first plant primarily producing stretch films, of which ECO STRETCH film is our flagship product. Our product range also includes promotional bags, including HDPE with PZH approval.

At the Production Plant in Drwalewice, we manufacture polyethylene (PE) products, i.e. stretch film, eco film, food film, HDPE / LDPE commercial bags, HDPE / LDPE sacks and pouches.
